Harmonizing Leadership with Personal Development - Q4

Participation Prerequisites

First of all an open mind, willingness to engage in personal reflection, willingness to share own reflection in group setting.

Course Content

The course consists of interactive sessions, blending theory, reflection, and practical exercises.

Theme 1: Leading from Within

  • Why personal development is the foundation of leadership
  • Understanding what truly drives happiness and fulfillment
  • Core concepts from philosophy, coaching, and positive psychology
  • Group discussion: What does “success” mean to you?

Theme 2: Building Habits for Lasting Impact

  • How sustainable habits support personal growth and leadership
  • Tools and frameworks from executive coaching and habit science
  • Crafting your personal vision and aligning it with daily actions
  • Breakout sessions: Peer coaching and practical exercises

Theme 3: Reflection & Application

  • Sharing experiences from reflection assignments
  • Peer feedback on personal leadership and development plans
  • Tackling common challenges: mindset shifts, resilience, and self-regulation
  • Discussion: Turning insights into action

Theme 4: Integration & Next Steps

  • Refining your leadership philosophy and personal strategy
  • Building systems for ongoing personal growth
  • Commitment-setting for the months and years ahead
  • Final reflection and group sharing
