Intended Learning Outcomes and Competencies

Leading with Impact develops the business and leadership skills of WHU MBA students while creating lasting impact. In this action learning program, MBA students apply the knowledge and skills they have learned at WHU to co-create a tangible social enterprise in a disadvantaged community in the Schengen area. In this process, they step into the role of real entrepreneurs, learn how to work together as high-performing teams and reflect on their personal purpose. Professional business and leadership coaches accompany students on their learning journey, transforming the hands-on work experience into valuable learning for life.
