Course Content
In increasingly turbulent environments, established firms face risks from disruptive innovations, (new) competitors, and shifting customer needs. Consequently, creating new innovative business opportunities within existing companies becomes imperative for the long-term success and survival of firms. This course aims to provide students with an in-depth understanding of the theoretical and practical challenges of corporate innovation and entrepreneurship. During the course, the students will be introduced to several strategies that corporates can use to engage in corporate innovation and entrepreneurship, such as corporate venture capital, accelerator programs, or venture clienting. By means of assignments, the students will be challenged to apply this knowledge.
Intended Learning Outcomes and Competencies
After the course, the students know about several strategies that corporates can use to engage in corporate innovation and entrepreneurship.

Asynchronous course. Live feedback sessions are offered.
Form of Examination
The grade consists of quizzes (10%), case-based assignments during the course (30%), and a final essay in the end (60%).
