Course Content
The workshop "Leadership Communication and Stage Rules" uncovers the mechanics that
underlie all communication. Verbal and non-verbal patterns are analyzed and made visible. It is
always surprising how much is already communicated before the first word is spoken. Those who
are able to adapt and control their status signals to the situation and the other person, to read
and interpret the signals correctly, and to frame situations appropriately have a powerful tool in
their hands
Stages are everywhere. Most people go on these stages and perform there more or less somehow.
But being on stage is a craft. There are rules and laws here, and those who understand them can
inspire their audience. Storytelling, dramaturgy, repartee, authenticity and dealing with mistakes
are just some of the areas that should be considered in terms of craftsmanship. . In the
workshop, basic presentation techniques will be analyzed and trained.
