Course Content
Attention is the most important currency in today’s dynamic business environment.
How can you command attention as a manager or founder? By integrating visual elements in your work that allow you to communicate more easily and master complexity in every aspect of business!
Visual thinking will allow you to create new things, structure and communicate better and as a result stand out as a leader.
For us humans, the most important sense is the VISUAL sense. It is very generic and has been of importance for humans for thousands of years. However, in business, visual elements and structuring are often neglected. Therefore, knowing and mastering visual skills and thinking will be an essential leadership skill for you, which many other people do not have.
Intended Learning Outcomes and Competencies
At the end of this workshop, you will have learned two very useful skill sets:
1) Elementary skills in sketching and visualizing:
being able to create icons, representative objects and artifacts, structures and frameworks, as well as people and characters. These skills will allow you to create and prototype in many different business settings.
Imagine that you are working on a tricky problem or project:
you will be able to visualize your thoughts and get much clearer. You will find the components and answer much faster by having elementary sketching skills.
2) Visual skills in the business setting:
transferring elementary drawing skills to the business environment and explaining complex concepts with the common language of visualization. This workshop is useful for everybody who wants to communicate their ideas more clearly, command attention, convince the audience and master complexity in business meetings and presentations. It is applicable in all business areas such as marketing and sales, product development and innovation, strategy or new business development, etc.
Imagine a boring or also lengthy strategy meeting with your colleagues:
you will be the one to creatively and analytically visualize the ideas and content that you discuss. You will help other people understand. You will reduce the buzz and provide direction and leadership.

For this workshop you will receive a FREE set of sketching materials: a sketch-note book as well as the required pens and colors.
