Intended Learning Outcomes and Competencies

Collaboration between companies is a highly effective means for organizations to explore new markets, innovate in technology, and maintain a competitive edge. This online MBA course has been carefully crafted to give students the expertise and capabilities to conceptualize, negotiate, and oversee strategic partnerships between firms.
The curriculum is structured into four modules, starting with the exploration of various forms and rationales behind strategic inter-firm partnerships. Participants will develop the skills to evaluate partnership potential, engage in contract negotiations, foster trust-based relationships, and navigate cultural disparities. Throughout the program, participants will acquire practical tools and frameworks to enhance their ability to facilitate successful inter-firm collaboration in their professional environments
